Cancellation fees
Fees for cancellation:
You have booked a room, you receive ProformaInvoice, you pay a deposit, but one or more of you can come. In this case, we offer two options:
a. possibly reschedule your reservation or modify the number of people and then adjust the final amount (including the possible cancellation fee).
b. if you want to cancel your stay, you must pay a cancellation fee according to the table:

Accommodation is available after 14:00 pm, rooms must be released by 10.00. the day of departure
Surcharge for delayed departure from the room / to 15.00 / 10, - € per person only after agreement at the reception as possible.
